General Terms and Conditions (GTC) & Guest Information

1. Arrival and Departure: Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM. Departure must be no later than 10:00 AM. Alternative times are only possible with prior written agreement.

2. Prices and Services All prices include final cleaning. These are non-smoking apartments.

3. Payment Terms The total price of the booking is generally payable in advance or at the latest upon arrival. Alternatively, the guest will receive a payment request with the relevant payment information before arrival. Access to the accommodation (key safe code) will only be provided after full payment has been received. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and reassign it.

4. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the arrival date. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged. The date of receipt of the cancellation in written form (e.g., email) is decisive.

5. Pets Bringing pets is not allowed.

6. Accessibility Due to the building's structure, the holiday apartments are not accessible.

7. Liability The guest is liable for all damage to the accommodation caused by him or his companions. The landlord assumes no liability for the guest's valuables brought onto the premises.

Contact Form If you send us inquiries via our contact form, your information from the form, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Legal basis: Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). The data will not be shared without your consent.

5. Purpose of data processing The processing is carried out for: processing your request, making bookings, and communicating with you.

6. Disclosure of Data Your data will only be disclosed to third parties: if this is necessary for the performance of the contract, if there is a legal obligation, or if you have expressly consented.

7. Data Retention Period Your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to process your request or booking, or as required by statutory retention periods.
